Modify menu items under Setup Link for Project Users

Anyone has any idea how to do this?

We need the menu items under the Setup link need to be modified for Project users that are 'external users' (indicated in their user profile).


When one of these users clicks the Setup link, we need to hide the following sections:

App Setup

Admin Setup

Order Center


We also should only display under Personal Setup the following links: Change My Password, Change My Display, Grant Login Access.

i think you can only turn off setup items using "customize salesforce" checkbox on the profile.  otherwise there is no override for setup menu items.
And what should be the next step after checking that box? If I want that all the suers assinged to that profile to see only some items in the setup menu?
Where should I set that?
I cant even find the customize salesforce checkbox on the profile.
