How can we get tweets of perticular user to salesforce object Like Twitter Account.

I think there might be an appExchange app somewhere but I can't find it at the moment. But in theory yes if you develop it.

Hook up to the Twitter API and create a scheduled job or something to pull the latest tweets from users within the org.
