Product image gallery

What's the best way to have product images (that are hosted in Salesforce) be displayed in a gallery format on a sites page? Does anyone have recommendations?

You'll need to write a custom vf page and expose it to your force.com sites page.

In brief:
You're controller will need to gather all the necessary details for the various products. Your vf page will need to style them and arrange them for view as you see fit.
