Converting Leads to Accounts

Hi,
 
am getting this exception while converting Leads to Accounts
 
Error: System.DmlException: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING, Required fields are missing: [Test]: [Test] (System Code), why am getting this.

HI

You must have some required field in Account object ,while converting lead to account that required field is not getting some value ,that's why that error is comming, you need to check that and let me know.
