文字コード変換方法について

force.com 上では、DB、Apexコードを含め文字コードは、UTF-8で処理されていますが、

ブラウザーがShift-JISしか対応しておらず、UTF8→**bleep**t-JISへの文字コード変換を

行いたいのですが、コード変換のAPIとかあるのでしょうか？

 

APIが存在しない場合は、APEXコードで自分で作り必要があるのでしょうか？

Visualforceでshowheader="false"を指定が前提であれば、

apex:pageコンポーネントにcontentType="text/html;charset=shift_jis"と指定すれば

shift_jisでブラウザへ出力されます。

 

 

<apex:page contentType="text/html;charset=shift_jis" showHeader="false">

 
残念ながら標準画面でのShift_JIS対応は難しいと思います。
