Controlling number of elements displayed in a Related List

Hi
 
Is it possible to customize display settings for Related Lists in a particular Page Layout?  For e.g. I have a lookup relationship between a custom object 'SearchResults' and Contact.  In the Contact Page layout, I would like to control the number of SearchResults objects displayed.  I think it defaults to 5.  Is this possible?

I see there is an option "Always show me fewerShow Fewer / Show Moremore records per related list"

I am not able to find this option anywhere in the settings. Could some one help me please?

Just scroll down the page where the related list is displayed and the option is found right under the related list.  (its not a 'setting')
