trouble with the MSI file

I unzipped the file: SForce_Office_Toolkit_MSI.zip  but it is MSI file, there is no add-ins.. how can I can get the add-in to install in Excel? 

OS: Win 7, 32 bit

and then click the downloads tab. Extract the add-in file to your add-ins directory and the continue with the installation steps.
