Unable to view exported reports

Hey guys, 

So, I'm new at this, and having an issue with exporting reports. Whenever I try to export a report after I run it, I can't find it. It doesn't download, and it appears that nothing at all happens. Any ideas?

What browser are you using? when you export reports, go to the download settings in the browser and note the path (you can even change the save destination to desktop). Now try to export and see if the file generates there.
