Am using salesforce developer free edition.
I have one email class i can send per a day 10 emails,after that am getting single limit is exceded.
Is there any way we can over come these email limit.?

Are you calling Sendemail 10 times in the same context - if yes, that might be the cause of this error you are seeing - read more: http://salesforce.stackexchange.com/questions/17133/single-email-limit-exceeded-salesforce-very-frequently
In free edition limits can not be increased. You can go for Edition upgrade to overcome this limit.
