Sending SMS from Salesforce

Is there anyway to send the SMS without App exchange from salesforce.

You need to go through an external service. We often use twilio. They provide an easy to use api that you can use without installing an app from app exchange.

Yes. We can send by intergrating with SMS providers. May I know which provider you are using

One can send text messages from salesforce through Appexchange only, as of now Salesforce doesn’t have an inbuilt function to send/receive texts/SMS. But you can utilize cost-effective option which is 360 SMS App, available on Appexchange.
