Is there any report which can't be moved to production?

When you create reports for your personal use - the ones you create to track your own records etc which you need not share with others in the ORG - you can keep them in your Personal Report Folder

You cannot migrate reports stored in your personal reports folder, only those in public folders.

Thanku....Got it. Please let me know that is it required to write test classes for "Apex Classes" which are generated from WSDL files?

Yes, you will have to write a test class for the importd WSDl - its just that you have to access all the methods explicitly in test class..
