how many dashboard we have to create in every object? and how many filters we have to create in dashboard?

There is no limit on how many dashboards you can create for an object. Dashboard is an entity where you can place multiple widgets/charts (upto 20 charts) based on reports corresponding to different objects or single object. 

You can add a maximum of 3 dashboard filters with 10 options under each filter.
