same Functionality

Hi.

Can i use same functionality in two apps.because we have couple of products those are intigrated with salesforce,already one app in Appexchange.can i use the functionality which is used in one app to other.i mean Appexchange allow the same functionality?

Yes It obviously allow..  There is no restriction on that.

But make sure you need to created same functionality app in different edition.. You can't able to create another manged package app in same org that you already published in appexchange..
