Account/Contact Attachments access to Partner/Customer Portal users

Can we show images stored as Attachments on standard Account object to Partner and Customer Portal users?

I saw the idea and thread, both talks about the Customer Portal so I posted it here to get more insight for Partner Portal as well if its differ in any way.
