I'm Trying to Parse a sample WSDL file for SOAP UI Testing. But it is uploading i am getting an error can anybody help me out

Error: Failed to parse wsdl: Parse error: Found invalid XML. only whitespace content allowed before start tag and not P (position: START_DOCUMENT seen P... @1:1)
