Unlocking a field

Hello! Can somebody help me unlock a field and rearrange my fields in the account object? Please? thanks.

What do you mean Unlocking a field? 

We can lock a record using the Approval Process. Probaly you dont have enough security on that field. Are you a system admin in your Org?

If you are a System Admin or have access to object layout then click on setting icon on field which looks locked and then remove uncheck required checkbox from it.
