Annotation in files stored in Content/Library

Hi All,

Does anybody know if we can implement (using javascript library or apex) annotating any file (pdf, doc, image, video) in Salesforce Content or Library?

I'm afraid this cannot be done for content. However, with Salesforce Files, it should be possible to annotate them on a PC/Mac and sync it with Chatter Files.
