Force.com IDE project Refresh Error

Guys, I am getting following error when I am adding and refreshing a project.

"Refresh Error : Invalid Stored Block Lengths"

Please let me know, If any one faced this issue and how did you solved it.

Hi Guys,
I found a work around for this issue, by not importing Static resources. 

Vijay, Are you only importing classes and triggers or some more else? Please check once.

Shashank, Issue is not resolved yet. But found the work around. Please let me know if you have solution for this.

For the moment I am only importing classes and triggers, but I might need other components as well...

My suggestion is try with only classes or only triggers. So that you can narrow down the issue and you can avoid importing the only part of the code that is causing this issue.
