I am trying to change a user profile in production but it showing error "Cannot grant or remove a profile with modify all data, without having the modify all data permission yourself."

I am trying to change a user profile in production but it showing error "Cannot grant or remove a profile with modify all data, without having the modify all data permission yourself." i am not getting why this error occur. Please suggest solution, Thanks in Advance.

Either you are not an Administrator or if you are, you belong to a custom profile cloned from standard System Administrator profile on which the Modify All Data permission has been removed (its available by default on standard System Administrator profile).

Any profile that has the Modify All Data permission enabled can be assigned to users by only a user who already has this permission enabled for him/her.
