I am editing an existing workflow rule that was working fine, I added 2 more conditions to it to total 8 conditions. I got ...

... I can't figure what the problem is, unless there is a limit to the total number of conditions allowed.

I know this is almost a year old but I thought I'd answer it anyway. You have 8 filter criteria but your filter logic only accounts for 6. You would need to add "and 7 and 8" to your filter logic(outlined in red). You could also just clear your filter logic though because if there is none added, it defaults to one long AND statement which appears to be what you want.
