An internal server error has occurred using flow

I receive this error when trying to do some simulation using flow. Is there a way to pinpoint excactly where the problem is when using flows.

You can debug using notification email you got for this error,if not solved you need to check out put of flow step by step to debug in which step it is failing(painful path ) .
