The 'Set Case to Escalated' Workflow field update action was not found.

Hi am having trouble with the Automating Time-based Actions with Workflow because of namespace prefix. can any one tell how to solve this issue using the namespace prefix. Thanks in advance.

Hi Amit,

I dont want to create new org. Because if i create new org again i should work all the trailhead challenges. I cant even get the points in old org. In old org i completed 59 badges. Can u please suggest me how to solve this issue using the namespace without creating the new org dev

To login into trail head you can use your old org only but for activity(code and config) related changes you can use new org. In such a way all point will add in your old profile only..

Hi Amit,
Thanks for ur reply. But unable to pass the challenge. Am using Developer Edition. I created new org id ramya.velusamy22@gmail.com, My old org id is ramya.velusamy77@gmail.com. Am doing all the trailhead challenges in ramya.velusamy77@gmail.com. I tried workflow automation in new org. The points are adding in new org only not in the old org. Help me how to do it. Thanks
