Install NPSP 3 in Developer Edition?

Hi, I need to have NPSP 3 installed in my developer edition so I can follow the non-profit trails in Trailhead.  How do I go about this? My developer edition org ID is (00D50000000bma1).

Is it the most recent version of NPSP because upon installing the same I am unable to find Manage Household button under Account Detail page. Even upon making changes as mentioned under Resources of Trailhead Challenge, Manage Household button is not visible.

I am not getting the option of record type picklist from where I can choose Organization and create Organization account while under  NPSP module in Trailblazer.
