Error In ISCHANGED() Fnction while creating workflow Rules

HI all ,
i m tryiing to create a formula using ISChANGED() Function . but it shows some error..

IsCHnaged() method cannot be used with evaluation criteria that you have selected. Please select "created and every time it is edited" and see if it helps
