"FormFactors is required for Lightning apps"

Now that Winter 17 has been pushed we are getting the following error using the Migration Tool (Ant):
 
FormFactors is required for Lightning apps

Is anyone else seeing this? Anyone know how to fix it?

Never figured out why this happened...we just deleted the file with the error. It was a standard app anyway.

We had a menu called Sales_Menu for Lightning prior to Winter 17. We had to rename or delete that menu to get our deploys to work again.
