Can I create button on account home page?

The button create new contact record using current account field information.

Hi,

You can achieve this functionality by using Detail page button. Please follow the below steps for how to create a detail page button on account object.

Setup--->Customize--->Account Object---->Buttons, Links, and Actions----->New Button or Link.
