Problem facing in merging related list of duplicate records.

Hi,
We need to implement a functionality in which i have to merge duplicate records . the problem we are having that how we can merge related list to related to that duplicate record.

Hello Mohit,

You have to associated all the Child records of loosing parent record(Which record is going to delete) with winning record of merge functionality.

There is an App on Appexchange, '360 Merge duplicates' that will assist you in searching the duplicate records along with its related lists based on  your search criteria, and further merging them into a Primary/Master record.
