live reporting solver. webservice

I am trying to link salesforce with a reporting tool called solver BI 360. but I cant find the link to acces the webservice that let me use TSL 1.1 and above.  Where can I find It?. Any help will be appreciatted.

Hello Karla,

you Need to upgrade to Java 8 in your environment(where you run the tool).

for sandbox you need to upgrade and support for production TLS 1.0 will be stopped next year mid.

Thank you  Naveen.  WIll ask for the upgrade for Java  to the server and see if I can use TSL 1.1 now.
