Hi Maen

You just login into trailhead and click on launch button on the challange section .The playground will be open and you can switch on multiple playground also.

Hi Maen,

When you click on the Dropdown list beside to ‘launch’. You Can see the trailhead Playground.

When You click on the setup in lighting Experience you can see the Object Manager Tab on Left side cornar.

Hi Maen,

May I suggest you please check the below link  And refer point number 11'th
and 12  regarding  What are all options in the "Launch hands-on org" button drop-down menu. Hope it helps.
