I keep getting this error "Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: Could not find 'Analytics Cloud Platform' licenses. Please check instructions to login to Wave enabled org."

PROJECT: Build a Gauge Chart That Visually Identifies Regional Data Upload Flag Images into Salesforce Analytics 

I have set up a new developer org 5 times .. no luck

I can verify that the same thing is happening to me, and I went into this project after having just wrapped up another, so I don't think it's in our dev areas.

Agree. I have the same problem. Completed all Steps in the Project except this one. I guess, it should be looking at Analytics Platform License instead of Analytics Cloud Platform License. 

Can someone from Trailhead correct or explain this error?

I also agree and have the same issue.  I was able to complete several other Trailheads except this one. I also sent an email to Trailhead@salesforce.com and still waiting for a reply.

Having the same issue. I think it has to do with the difference between the developer instance and the original instance given with the TP.
