Hi Saurabh,

This is not possible with Workflow Rule or Process Builder so only oprtion we have is Apex Trigger. yes we can comapair attachment name in trigger. Please refer to this link: https://developer.salesforce.com/forums?id=906F00000008yRVIAY  this is answered here.
