Post to chatter for the case comments from Overage High Volume Profile.

Hello,

I have users with profile "Overage High Volume Profile". but the comments added by this profile is not showing in the case comment chatter. I can able to see the all the updates of a case in Case feed chatter but not the commnents by this profiel,

It's possible that there may be a sharing setting that is preventing the "Overage High Volume Profile" from seeing comments in the Case Comment chatter. Here are a few things to check:

Verify that the Case Comments are enabled and visible in the Chatter feed for the Case object. To check this, go to Setup > Object Manager > Case > Feed Tracking and ensure that the "Comment" field is selected under the "Tracked Changes" section.

Ensure that the "Overage High Volume Profile" has the appropriate permissions to view and create Case Comments. Check the profile settings by going to Setup > Users > Profiles > Overage High Volume Profile and ensure that the "Read" and "Create" permissions are enabled for Case Comments.

Check if there are any sharing rules or sharing settings in place that may be restricting access to the Case Comments. Go to Setup > Security Controls > Sharing Settings > Case Sharing Rules and ensure that there are no sharing rules that limit access to the Case Comments for this profile.

Check if there are any record-level security settings that may be preventing access to the Case Comments.
