Enable linking Not Working in page layout Custom Console Components

HI Friends, 

Please help here, i am unable to activate check box, where i need to check.?

Hi,
  • May I  suggest you log out of all the accounts and log in again and also clear your browser cookies and history.
  • OR Another solution would try it in a different browser.

I have tried with other browser and logged out then loggedin also but same thing happening.
