unable to run SFDX commands as a regular user after installing SFDX as an administrator

Hi Ramya,

Sorry for this issue you are encountering.

May I suggest you please restart your computer and give a try by running 
sfdx plugins:install salesforcedx@latest
doing the above has fixed the issue for me.

Thanks Nagendra for the suggestion. I tried but still getting the same error as " this program is blocked by group policy , please contact administrator". 

In our company we do not have permission to install any software. After our admin installs SFDx, I am trying to run SFDX command  and sees the issue. 

Can resular user run CLI commands?
