how can I investigate an unmanaged package install issue further

Is there anyway that I can investigate the actual root cause of an issue that I have been facing with installing an unmanaged package. I do recieve the error message, and I have applied changes as suggested by the community but I am still getting the same error and I cannot seem to get around it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(Custom_Object__c-Custom Object Layout) The ActionId specified was invalid for ActionType QuickAction.

I have enabled Chatter and I have also enabled Notes as this has been the only solution which I can find anywhere, but it is not solving my problem.

Thanks Shilpa but these only inform me that I need to enable Chatter and Notes which I have already mentioned that I have.
