Automatically create a new case when requested for live chat in lightning console app
I am setting up omni channel in lightning console app for live chat with customers. When customer clicks on live chat button, the agent recieves the request. When the agent accepts the request a transcript page automatically opens. Instead I want to open a new case page. Is there a way to achieve this?
