In attempting to uninstall a package I received multiple error messages about active flows and components in use. How can I uninstall the package?

You have to remove components from the lightning home page.
You have to remove package permission Set if assigned to some user.
You have to deactivate all workflow rules if they have pending time-dependent events.
You have to rollback all functionality that you made from that package(according to the error message) to uninstall it.
