In Multi Select Picklist I have 15 Values (Ex:- 1,2,3......15), If 1&2 Values I selected for one Record Created Time, Then That Two(1,2) Values are Not Visible to next record created time

Hi Saraswathi,

Using record types we can hide picklist values.
Please check once you are selecting same record type or not.
