Lightning Experience Rollout Specialist Step 8: App doesn't have the ability to view either or both: recently-visited primary tabs or subtabs.

Getting the error "The Lightning Knowledge app doesn't have the ability to view either or both: recently-visited primary tabs or subtabs." but I am using the History Utility Component, anything else that could cause this?

Need to complete this in 2 days before the deadline and this is holding me up!

This is my app:

Hi Grace,

Sorry for this issue you are encountering.

May I suggest you please give a try by adding history utility when creating the app a step called utility bar.

This will solve the issue.

For more information please check with below link  Mark this as best answer if the information helps.

Thanks,

I already have the history utility in my app, but am still receiving the error, I was looking for other resolutions since this does not seem to work. VERY IMPORTANT!!! WHEN CREATING THE Lightning Knowledge at the step to choose the Utility Items, the history has to be the first one and must be added the first time the APP is being created. If you added it after in a secod edit round will not work!!User-added image
