We just need the Sales Force Application to send the encrypted user-id and password as parameters in the url.

Hi Karimula,
One suggestion is you can write your own encoding or encryption and decryption logic and do that in sender and receiver
Also there is another way like having two vf pages associated to the same controller,in this case you have to redirect from vf page 1 to vf page 2 without setRedirect as true,now in page2 you can all the values necessary from page1.I hope this also suits your requirement
