data (SFDC Recod) migration using package ?

My requirement is to migrate Custom setting Metadata along with it's data . Is it possible ?? If it's possible using Ant Tool or by Package please share the procedure

Hi Sankhdeep,

Salesforce only allow Custom Metadata types to be deployed with SFDC records. To deploy custom setting and its records you need to run migration tools like Data loader, dataloader.io, data import wizard
