How to start with Trailhead? There is no 'sign up' button.

Trying to sign up for some trailheads, but there is literally no sign up button on any of them.

Hi there!
Instead of signing up for one trail, trailhead has a sign up for the entire website. This is also a great place to make your first salesforce account :)

creating a trailhead account also comes with some extra benifits, such as tracking what modules, trails, and trailmixes you have completed as well as giving you access to playground orgs in salesforce to try out your knowledge and complete various challenges.
