Create Reports and Dashboards for Sales and Marketing Managers

User-added image

It asks to make a copy of the Users Logged in This Week Report and add it to the new folder. I've completed the previous steps of creating the folders and sharing them with the Sales Teams, but I cannot find the report 'Users Logged in This Week' to clone. I've checked my 3 different Trailheads and my Developer Edition org to make sure I wasn't in the wrong environment but none of them seem to have the report. There also is no Administrative Reports folder in any of my orgs. Only the Folders that I just completed for this Hands-on Challenge.

Am I missing something? Was I supposed to make this folder and report in a different modeule? This is the first unit of this module so I know I wasn't supposed to create it for this one.

Thank you in advance! I'm trying to complete this module so I can unlock the Business Administration Specialist Super Badge.

I'm running into this same issue, Aaron. Unfortunately I have not found a solution yet but you are not alone! I have checked all other modules and don't see a reference to this report anywhere. This is the last module I have left to complete for the BA Specialist Super Badge, so I really don't think it is located somewhere else. Hopefully someone can help us!

Update: It looks like switching to Salesforce Classic does the trick!

Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. You need to switch to classic for this step which is not metioned in the content. You can find the report in classic under reports  tab -- All Folders -- Administrative Reports
