Quick Action in a Case Layout showing in Feed Tracking

Hi All,

I am pretty new to Lightning. I am facing a problem with a Quick Action on Case Record. 

I have added a Lightning Component Type Quick Action named "REM" in the Case Layout's "Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions" section. But, somehow the "REM" quick action is coming in the Feed Tracking tab rather than as a Quick Action for the Case Record.

Please can you point me in the correct direction about what I might be doing wrong.

It's standard behavior. 

Actions on cases and work orders appear in a different way than on other records. On case and work order records, the page-level action menu contains custom buttons and supported standard buttons. Quick actions appear on the Chatter tab.

It can be done using, Dynamic Actions.

Go to the Lightning app builder-->Search for your page--> click edit-->click on highlight panel --> add action

and then save.
