Formula Fields Unit Challenge

I am gettign an error on the Challenge for Formulas & Validations. I have logged ou and back in several times. Can someone tell me what I should do in this case?

Hi Tyleshia,

As per my undestandingt there are  two ways to resolve this:
1) Insert Account number value which is 8 character long.
2) Inactivate or delete validation rule.

Hello, I haven't created any validation rules as of yet. This is the unit: Use Formula Fields- Challenge. Per the challenge, there is no single account number. Every other custom formula that I've created to this point have gone on without error.

Another note- it says there is an unexpected error in my org:
