Why my workflow doesn't work?


I've created a workflow to send a email everytime a case was created. 
But my Workflow doesn't work, even I change the rules. 

Please, anyone know the reason? Is there some rule to workflow for cases?

It is hard to understand the rule as it is not in english. But it should work for Case with sepcific  status mentioned in WF criteria. Hope this condition is met during your testing. 
You can also try auto reponse rule on case to send email on record creation.
