I have to add a Opt out button in email template to change opportunity stage.
Hi Experts,
I have added a button "opt-out" in the email template.
This email will be sent to people and when they click the opt-out button, then the stage in opportunity should change to opt out.
How can do this

If I get your question correctly, then you send an email with button "opt-out". When the end user(user who reads the email) clicks on this buttion, then you want to change the stage of opportunity. Right!
You can create a public page i.e site page, on this page you can have action to update the opportunity.
When you are sending the email, send the opportunity Id in the background, when user clicks on the button he will get redirected to above page where update will happen.
