o_Oauth_Token: invalid_grant ip restricted

I'm doing Admin Cert trails in Trailhead and am trying to install an app from the AppExchange.  I try to log in and get the following "Problem Loggin In" message: We can’t log you in because of the following error. For more information, contact your Salesforce administrator.
No_Oauth_Token: invalid_grant ip restricted . Help!

are you installing the app on ur trailhead playground org?
