Convert and Assign Leads-Error

I have created a lead, and now it won't let me convert. This is th error message that I am receiving:

Hi Tyleshia,

According my analysis there can be two scenario producting this error while converting Lead.

1) "Account.Prospect__c" is mandatory on Account object.
2) You missed to map Lead's field with "Account.Prospect__c" field.

As "Account.Prospect__c" is mandatory while creating Account and you missed to mapped with Lead field then it will show this kind of error.
