My mobile app will not let me log into my trailhead playground. I can log into salesforce & trailheads, but not my p-ground. Any suggestions? I tried various url's. I even used the one i connect with on my computer, success on the computer, not mobile.

Hi,

Refer below link and get your username and passowrd for trailhead playground.

https://force.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/2659738-how-to-get-a-password-for-my-trailhead-playground?b_id=13478

When you 'Launch' the trailhead playground from trailhead you will see something like below url.

https://resourceful-raccoon-181749-dev-ed.lightning.force.com/one/one.app#/sObject/Dashboard/home

Copy  https://resourceful-raccoon-181749-dev-ed.lightning.force.com from the above url and use as custom org in your mobile by providing the trailhead playground credentails.

Please mark it as solved if my reply was helpful. It will make it available for other as the proper solution.

Best Regards
Sandhya

This is an old thread but I am still writing an answer to help anyone who may google it. I struggled for 2 hours for this and then I realized I was doing a silly mistake. My salesforce login is xxxxxx@gmail.com  whereas my trailhead user is xxxxxx@brave-raccoon-fczbbu.com.
So, you launch the playground from trailhead and then go to Setup -> users. Carefully notice the exact user name, that is what you have to give in the Saleforce Mobile App.

I can't log into mobile app using my trailhead playground credentials!!! So frustrating!!!

1. In trailhead playground get username, then reset password.

2. In mobile app use custom domain (XXXXs replaced with actual values and did not enter https://)

https://XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-dev-ed.lightning.force.com/

( also tried https://XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-dev-ed.my.salesforce.com/)

3. Then enter playground username and password..

Result: Get 'contact admin' error message.

Tried above with connection set to Production and Sandbox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

p.s. anyone know of good salesforce mobile simulator

Hello John-James....were you finally able to login to your trailhead playground on mobile? If so, how did you do it? I have reset my password numerous times and always get the 'contact admin' error message. Hoping you may have found the solution. Thanks!

Ok - I finally was able to log in.  I noticed under the custom domain screen, it was auto generating the https at the beginning.  So when I pasted in https://XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-dev-ed.lightning.force.com/, it was actually reading https://https://XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-dev-ed.lightning.force.com/
